Episode 199: I Miss You

In this episode WE have a deep and open conversation about missing each other and being vulnerable about recognizing our isolation patterns and how we need to call each other out on it and check in. Also knowing when enough is enough and knowing "you cant be Everything to Everybody" when we allow ourselves to accumulate so much in our lives and take on so many responsibilities we forget to take care of ourselves. WE also speak on doing things to make ourselves happy without feeling guilty or worry about letting others down.
