The combination of reading romantasy and being raised on beauty and the beast has ruined us forever, and we'll find any way to make this weirder than it already is. Thank goodness we weren't around in the summer of 1988, when residents of Lee County, South Carolina started spotting a mysterious creature hanging around the local swamp. He was 8 feet tall, with an angular face, scaly skin, and massive claws... but don't worry, we can fix him!
