This week's New Generation Declassified looks at some interesting deep cuts of "The Rocket" Owen Hart. Owen's rise through the ranks and wars vs. brother Bret dominated much of the New Gen era, but his phantom title victories in matches with Bret get the spotlight on today's episode.
