Grief can be one of the hardest things we as adults have to deal with. If it be the death of a Family member, loss of a pet, or dismissal from a career, grief is hard.

Today Ellen Fender comes in to talk to me about dealing with the grief of loosing her Son while he was serving over seas and how even a decade later the feelings she had during that time cause the grief to resurface.
