When a mysterious atmospheric anomaly causes all wind to vanish within a five-block radius, Agent Sasha is sent to investigate the rooftop of an old windmill museum. She discovers a crow named Gale who has invented a device to "hoard" the world’s breezes for his own use. Sasha must find a clever way to outsmart his programming and restore the natural circulation of the air before the stagnant environment causes permanent harm to the neighborhood.
