In February 2010, the town of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, was shaken by the discovery of the body of Jennifer Daugherty, a 30-year-old woman with intellectual disabilities. Her remains were found in a plastic garbage can left in a middle school parking lot, leading to an investigation that uncovered a harrowing story of betrayal and cruelty.
