Episode 17 Don Deedigan

In this episode we speak to Don Deedigan 8th Degree Master in ITF Taekwon-Do and 6th Degree Black belt in Kickboxing. Don has been doing Martial Arts over 40 years and has very successful clubs in the UK. We chat to Don about how he got into Martial Arts, his life outside of the Dojang and of course we asked him what his best one hit is.
