He begins with the Pozner-Dodd method, based on the book Cross-Examination: Science and Techniques, by Larry Pozner and Roger J. Dodd. As Jim explains, there isn't a single "best way" to question or cross-examine witnesses. The path to world-class examination styles is being aware of the different approaches, understanding them, experimenting with each, and even possibly combining elements from several to develop your own style.
