Episode 16: Putting Yourself Out There

The path to stepping up isn't always easy. Whether you are serving in a formal or informal leadership role in your department, sharing your knowledge as an instructor in a regional or state academy, or traveling far and wide on the national conference circuit, our efforts aren't always well received.
