Villa Musica, celebrating its 20th year, offers music education to 470 students weekly and operates five library satellites, providing free lessons and instruments. Fiona highlighted the Musical Biographies program for dementia patients and their caregivers. The organization, with a $2 million budget, employs 46 teaching artists, offering health insurance and stable income. Villa Musica is planning to expand to East County, supported by the Preppers Foundation. A 20th anniversary gala is scheduled for September 20th.
