When a piercing tone in Harmony Park begins forcing animals to end their disputes instantly, Agent Sasha realizes something is wrong. A hedgehog named Coda is using the Concord Crystal to impose absolute accord, but this "peace" erases free will and the natural growth that comes from working through disagreements. Sasha must use her Harmonic Resonator to introduce a new sequence—Statement, Listen, Resolve—teaching the town that a messy, honest conversation is more beautiful than a forced command.
