Eliana Farias spent 7 years as an elementary teacher at Hooper Avenue Elementary in South LA, where she was recognized as Teacher of the Year. She also received recognition and awards for her time spent volunteering as an ESL teacher for the parents within the community. Eliana has worked for the Educare Foundation for over 25 years as a facilitator of personal growth workshops for K-12 students, parents, and staff, where she teaches interpersonal skills, team building, and leadership development.
