Hands of the Tribe cofounder Shell Donnelly shares her experience with parents who struggled with addiction, taking care of herself and her baby twin sisters at age 11, not feeling welcomed and being bullied throughout school which led her to purposefully express herself, finding her niche and the introduction of beauty school, creating familial relationships with her clients, discovering reiki energy which helped her tap into the understanding and importance of self love and acceptance.
