Episode 14 - Eric Dreiman

In Episode 14, Marc and Sean sat down with Chief Eric Dreiman. Eric is a truckie by trade and currently serves as the Training Chief of the Indianapolis Fire Department. We talked about his passion for truck work and the importance of ensuring that skillset is accomplished in any culture, the training cultures both in and out of the academy, and how we can adapt some of traditions to modern times and science while still preserving them.
