  • Today I am joined by Steph - a fellow PMDD Warrior who also lives with fibromyalgia. According to FMA UK, fibromyalgia is a chronic condition of widespread pain and profound fatigue. The cause of fibromyalgia is not yet known and there is no cure.


    On this episode, we discuss how living with chronic conditions such as fibro and PMDD, can affect things like parenting and friendships, as well as other areas.
