The Shaggs were an all female American rock band who were active between the years 1968 to 1975. Comprised of the Wiggin sisters as teens, they were forced to play in the band by their father despite having no interest or experience playing music. They recorded one album, Philosophy of the World, that has been described as both the worst and the best album of all time.
