Episode 12 - Bill Aresenault

Episode 12 brought Chief Bill Aresenault of the Kamiah, ID Fire Department. Bill is a life long public servant and veteran. He has served in EMS, Fire, and the Army! Bill is what we would call a fireman's Fire Chief. He believes in passion, training, and putting people first. We talk about his journey to his current position, where he came from, the impact of volunteering on career departments, balancing culture in combination departments, some of his favorite parts of the job, and a bunch of other great sidebars about basically just loving the job!
