The publication Early accentuated muscle hypertrophy is strongly associated with myonuclear accretion has claimed the world record in muscle growth. Participants in the study saw a 20% increase in muscle volume after 5 weeks; the highest number ever recorded in the scientific literature according to Tommy Lundberg, lead researcher of said study.
