Signature Cocktail: the Madame Mao

Let me be a grain of sand in heaven’s eye, and I shall taste eternal joy.

For the Simple Syrup

• 1/2cup water
• 1/2cup sugar
• 1/2inch fresh ginger, sliced
• 3 springs rosemary

For the drink:

• 3oz grapefruit juice
• 1oz rosemary ginger syrup
• 3oz sparkling water
• rosemary for garnish

Build cocktail ingredients over ice, and stir. Garnish with sprig of rosemary.
