Episode 11: Mandatory product listing legislation: Where do we go from here? PART 1

In this episode, Nutritional Outlook’s editors interview industry trade association leaders to discuss the proposals for mandatory product listing found in Senate Bill S. 4090, the “Dietary Supplement Listing Act of 2022," and the "FDA Safety and Landmark Advancements (FDASLA) Act" submitted by the Senate HELP Committee. Industry trade association leaders will share their views on mandatory product listing, the language of the bills, and what the associations plan to do to advance an outcome that will be favorable for the dietary supplement industry.
