Episode 104: The Death of Tami Talks? The 2 Year Anniversary Episode

Two years ago, I hit record on the first episode of Tami Talks: Unscripted Healing. I thought this episode would be a celebration of that milestone. Instead, it became something much deeper.

After two years of never missing a week, I suddenly found myself unable to record. My body, my nervous system, and my spirit were asking for a full stop.

In this episode, I share what the last two weeks have revealed — burnout, boundaries, people pleasing patterns, and the realization that the way I’ve been doing life may not be able to come with me into the next chapter.

Is this the death of Tami Talks…or the rebirth of something new?

I don’t have the answer yet.
