There are MAJOR shake ups in the Network Marketing Space happening right now. Companies who have been around for years are abandoning the multi-level model and opting for a straight, Affiliate Program as their compensation plan.
This is leaving top leaders who have invested time and energy to help educate and promote the brand, as well as train an entire sales force, left feeling lost, angry and confused.
As someone who has been a top earner in the Network Marketing space for 8 years, I'm going to dive into this topic and offer my opinion about the future of this industry and what pivots I believe need to happen to keep it alive and thriving.
