    Tracy educates herself in self-defense training, safety & situational awareness, and self-defense devices daily to gain as much knowledge as possible to help her clients and other women so they can be empowered to "Warrior Up!". She has made it her life mission to educate women and teens to take ownership of their lives by being safe and learning how to protect themselves. With a history of domestic violence, as well as being a sexual assault supporter to 2 family members, she stepped up to fill the need that this world has to protect each other, to learn how to speak up and use their voice to stop the violence!
