What other way is there to begin... Meet me, Emily Johnson as I share my story of going from breaking down to breaking through. I believe that when we feel generally crappy, we have a choice to make. We could choose to take negative, lonely energy and use it to create something beautiful, bold, and juicy. This is the first episode of a podcast three years in the making.
