I wanted to thank Maria for making the Bible easy to understand for anyone. I have been listening for about 6 months now and I am finally feeling confident in my knowledge of the Bible.

Maria does a great job!

I really enjoy the conversational tone and personal relationship that just seems to develop as the reader brings the read to life for me. I am not a visual person so I don't read books...until now!

The Bible simplified and convenient

I love that she addresses things even if it’s not popular opinion I felt that question the First time I read genesis and saw the waters above from waters below and when she addressed that in the first episode I decided I was going along this ride episode by episode!!!!!

Don’t float over that it’s in there

One of us is a little confused. If I understand your explanation correctly, the words in the Bible infer that the day begins in the evening. You then extrapolate that this must mean that the day ends in the morning. By this explanation, you're leaving 12 out of 24 hours unaccounted for. So if, for example, the new day begins at 4:00 pm, the previous day must end at 4:00 pm as well.
I know this probably seems like nitpicking, but there is an important point: If something as simple as this can be gotten wrong so easily, what is to keep you from making mistakes on many (or all) of the more convoluted points?
There is no mention in the summary of who you are (aside from your name). What is your training and background? Are you a theologian? There is a very good reason why for so many centuries the laity was forbidden to read Holy Scriptures themselves; without the proper training and background, it is a certainty that reading the Scriptures will lead to misinter

When the narrator stated that the Sun was not necessary for life on Earth to thrive, and that she believed the Sun and Moon are in the Earth's atmosphere, I was out. I am looking for a Catholic narration of Biblical teachings, not some narrative of whacky theories.

Not for me.
