Episode 1: Generation Z: the attractiveness of the accountancy profession

First we had Generation X, then we had the millennials, and now we have Generation Z. Usually defined as those up to about 25 years old, Generation Z are coming into the workplace at a tumultuous time.

In this series we’ll be talking to three Gen Z representatives about the issues that concern them. This episode focuses on the attractiveness of the accountancy profession and we ask our panel:

• why do you think that accountancy remains attractive as a profession?
