Episode 1: Creativity and External Validation

In this episode, I explore the deep personal drive to create and express through various mediums and confronting the feelings of needing to be seen. I reflect on the emotions that arise when the people closest to us don’t acknowledge our creativity, and what it means to seek validation while still fulfilling our own desire to create and express.
