I’m Rushani Mahendran—Chief Learning Officer at Earniversity, where we teach entrepreneurship skills to young people aged 13-25, and the author of the Kural Inspired Stories series, a Tamil-represented time-travel fantasy adventure for kids.

But beyond that, I’m an entrepreneur, creator, and experimenter, figuring out what truly works in growing a brand, launching a book series, and building a podcast and YouTube channel in real time.
