Nick is recognised as the world’s first and leading Elite Sport Sleep Coach, probably the world’s first Sleep Coach and regarded as a leading human recovery innovator. He has over 35 years’ experience within the sleep and sleeping product industry and over 22 years dedicated to elite sport. He has worked with premiership football teams, the England national team, Team GB on Olympic Cycles and many individual athletes.
After many years working within sleep and elite sport, Nick had one aim of providing a simple and achievable technique that any individual can apply to their life for improved sleep.
