Already having 4 children, with her youngest being 14 years old, and thinking that she was done having children and accepting the fact that she was pre-menopausal, Rachel was stunned when she found out that she was unknowingly 18 weeks pregnant. Hailing from Australia, super positive and motivational, and refreshingly honest, Rachel had a textbook pregnancy and delivery at 46, which she believes was the result of being naturally fit all her life.
