Episode 0 - An introduction

Welcome to Interviews for Good, the podcast that helps make us conscious of bias. I am your host Adela Schoolderman. I see this is my contribution to trying to make the rest of 2020 and beyond a better, more inclusive place. I spent a few months this year in a state of suspended animation. Not just because of the pandemic, but because of really bleak, sad news about race issues in our country. I wondered, what can I do? How do I start? I realized, I cannot wait for someone to hand me an answer. And I cannot be complicit by inaction. I have been, but I am done with that.
