  • Where are Kiara and Maritza at today? expect the unexpected and allow yourself to be open to all ideas, we are here to invoke thought. The care bear represents my very special guest Kiara who has been the best support and help as well a guide to begin my podcast. She holds me accountable and is helping me get my shit done. Learning to express my true ideas can be difficult when i am not sure how to explain myself fully, but Kiara has a soothing energy that will not judge me, but protect me, and I have all gratitude for her for making me sit down and just press record. I have taken a few months to sit with myself and truly contemplate myself and what anything means to me. This life is a learning process, and we're encouraging and hoping you are impacted by anything that resonates, so much that you question yourself to the point of transformation. and please have patience,
