This is the story of dealing with unanticipated level of changes and stress that slow build to a panic attack, then a childhood friend crossing my path to help me navigate out of the dark.

Nav and I have been friends since we were eight years old in grade two. We have experience wild changes in circumstances from the world around us, but we never forget where we started and came from.

Childhood is the foundation for adulthood, and although it is cliche to say, "health is wealth."

I'm wealthy because I have friends like Nav... except I found out that Nav did run a hustle when we were kids from my house that I only just learned about.
