Relationships, in my opinion, are the most important thing that we have as humans. Whether you want to or not, we all form attachments to others. Sometimes those are attachments are healthy and many times they are unhealthy effecting our mental and emotional health in a negative way. So, how do unhealthy relationships form? Typically, we can look back to childhood and see how we learned to attach to others which causes us to develop an attachment style. If our early relationships were negative, we develop defense mechanisms that follow us to adulthood and come out in our current relationships. Today, I'm going to talk about those attachment styles, how they form, what behaviors are presented because of that attachment, and how to change your story so you can function in healthier and fulfilling relationships. Hope you enjoy this one!
