Darren Brown is involuntarily causing me to like this!

Just kidding? Or so he wants me to think.

Lots of great ideas and psychological research cited here, some I was familiar with, some I wasn’t.

Not sure I can consciously say what I just heard as I was in a trance the whole time 🤣🤣

Best program on the brain.

Audiobook was a journey through the mind. Loved the narration and examples. I especially enjoyed the sound design. It gave an immersive experience all throughout. At times I thought I was in the room. Some episodes require listening with headphones… do it. Cheers!
