This week Douglas goes on location to the iconic Five Towns favorite, Central Perk Cafe, to talk with a good friend and food service legend Moshe Hirsch.

Moshe started from the bottom and worked his way up from managing Dougies in Queens, to own it, then to Central Perk.

Douglas talks with Moshe about the importance of good service and how delivery apps and another tech sometimes get rid of the customer service aspect that is very much important in the food industry.
