Divorce signifies the end of a marriage, a relationship, and a shared future, which can be deeply painful and evoke feelings of grief. Society does not always recognize that grief after divorce is real, causing many to keep their pain in the shadows. It is normal to experience Grief after divorce, as it involves the loss of a relationship, future plans, and a significant part of one's identity. Divorce grief is real and is often experienced as a process of mourning and involving a range of emotions, including sadness, anger, relief, and loneliness. It’s important to give oneself grace to grieve and time to work through the different stages. It's important to acknowledge and allow oneself to grieve, understanding that it's a journey that can take time and involve different stages. Tracy shares:
