In a world that feels increasingly heavy, living with courage can feel harder than ever. So much has already happened in the first weeks of 2026, and many of us are carrying grief, exhaustion, and uncertainty.

In this episode, I reflect on what it means to live courageously anyway; not by ignoring how hard things are, but by showing up as our full, authentic selves. We explore the original meaning of the word courage and go back to the story of Moses and the burning bush, where courage begins not with confidence but with a willingness to show up just as we are.
