Ep 4: Bodies & Business

In this episode, Sue and Marsha discuss their thoughts on bodies and business and how our businesses will only grow to the extent that we commit to growing ourselves. 

In this episode we discuss:

1) How living in comparison is truly living in scarcity and minimizing the potential we all have to create change in our lives. 

2) 2020-2021 is a test of can we be empathetic towards others and see that the stressors of this time are affecting all of us.  It is hard to show compassion towards others when we don’t show that compassion towards ourselves. 

3) How we show up for ourselves, will dictate how we show up in our businesses in every single way.  This will impact what we charge for our services and how we show up for others.
