In this special episode, Tammie Floyd and I talked with our friends Pastor Stu and Tabitha Hodges about the principles that led to their success in building the local church while prioritizing family. In 2003, this husband-wife duo planted Waters Edge Church in Yorktown, Virginia, with a passion for reaching those distant from God. Since then, Waters Edge has grown into a multi-site church where thousands attend weekly.

Their son Brayden and his wife Chloe are actively serving the mission of Waters Edge, while their daughters Emma and Taylor are currently pursuing their undergraduate degrees.
