I chat about what low vibration actually looks like and what high vibrational energy feels like - basically when you feel like your favourite version of yourself. And most importantly, how we can shift from one to the other without pretending everything’s fine or bypassing the messy middle.
And speaking of messy… I also share some stories from my past weekend where life decided to throw me straight into the chaos. Only a teensy bit of warning, but full exposure therapy. I had to peel back the rug (literally!), sit with things I’d buried, and see the parts of myself I’d tucked away with absolutely no choice. Honestly? It turned into such a powerful reset.
