Transitioning in 2020 to the role of Deputy Chief for the Reynoldsburg, Ohio Police Department, Rhonda played a pivotal role in initiating the Metro Peer Assist Team in Central Ohio. This effort aimed to provide crucial mental health resources to suburban law enforcement agencies.
