Every year, MTV announces their Video Music Awards nominations around their August anniversary. 2025's ballot was delayed, and revealed 2 bombshell changes! Country music got incorporated in the nominees, and CBS will syndicate the show for the first time outside of cable on Sunday, September 7th!
