A question that we get asked way too often is whether we offer meal plans. Meal plans should only be prescribed by qualified dieticians registered with Health and Care Professions Council, and no, most personal trainers (unless they're also qualified dieticians) should not be prescribing meal plans. Today we want to help you create your own healthy eating plan that will be enjoyable, but also help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We're talking all about the basics: how much protein should you eat, how to compose your meals, should you be cutting out carbs/fat, and many many more useful information.
