Nikki is the founder of The Happy Elephant, a candle company that started in her bedroom after she was laid off from the hospitality industry during covid. What began as experimenting with soy candles at home turned into a full small business selling online, hosting candle-making classes, and eventually opening her own storefront in Troy.
