- fear of abandonment
- jealously, resentment, or anger toward your partner
- need for reassurance
- codependency
- preoccupation with your partner
- feeling depressed or sad when the connection is missing
- craving closeness and intimacy all of the time
We also discuss how those who struggle with anxious attachment can look within themselves (and their childhoods) to heal and move toward creating healthy, secure attachments/relationships.
