We pick up where last week left off with Ricardo still in the studio, going deeper into why it can feel almost impossible for men to talk about being abused, especially in Caribbean culture where shame and labels keep people quiet. Ricardo shares the moments that made him realize how serious things were, from hiding his documents to finding his cassettes destroyed and thrown in the trash. From there, the conversation opens up into family patterns, what he witnessed growing up, and how his relationship with his father shaped the way he learned to protect his peace as an adult. There are a few funny moments too, but the heart of it is real: sometimes you love someone and still have to keep your distance.
