Fun show

I enjoy listening to Michael Caine say just about anything. The drug gestapo love to inflate the numbers, makes them think they are doing something heroic but $40,000 a kilo in 1975 is BS.

Pure Propaganda

Not an accurate depiction of the Italian Mafia, that works for the Pope, has acted as a "state" protection racket, since the Crusades and is run "exclusively" by homosexuals.

There is also "no" discussion of the anthropology of gangs, it's just a voice novel, devoid of "real" information.

Finally, Mr. Caine, whom I admire tremendously as an actor, also told a significant material "untruth." He "never" left the Mafia. As, a member of Hollywood, he's all the way in, as a made-man. I "not" saying he doesn't deserve his status. I'm saying he lied to us, giving the audience a significantly "false" perception of both the Mafia and the State, as they have always worked "together." Why do you think ALL the "neighborhood-watch" people use Mafia gangsigns, Duh! This is potentially "extremely" dangerous for both John and Jane Doe.

This novel wasn't entertaining and "decreased" our safety, by providing a completely "fictional" world view.
