Acerca de esta escucha
Have you been ignoring physical symptoms or avoiding seeing a specialist about concerns with your health? Especially as women, it can be hard to feel comfortable getting checked “down there” or to find time to prioritize healing our aches and pains.
As a physical therapist, Tulsi Desai knows that treating someone’s long term physical health takes a whole mind, body and soul approach. In this episode, she shares some of her journey to excelling in her field and starting her own practice Active Body Active Life. She also shares how she helps women heal physically and spiritually from pelvic floor discomforts. She is dedicated to education and treating the whole person, not just a body part.
