Attachment to how something has to happen.

Attachment to proving something.
Attachment to being validated, chosen, or safe.

When we're attached, we contract.
And when we contract, we limit what life can deliver.

True power comes when you can hold your desires clearly… while also softening your grip on the outcome.

This meditation will guide you into a space where you can release the energetic holding, dissolve the pressure, and open yourself to receiving in ways that may be even more expansive than you imagined.
